Privacy Policy

BizMasterPro (including A+ Affordable Agentics, also called "Triple A") Effective date: October 10, 2026 Last updated: October 10, 2026

This policy explains, in plain English, what information BizMasterPro ("we", "us") collects when you visit bizmasterpro.com (including bizmasterpro.com/triple-a), contact us, get our emails, or take part in our Triple A sessions or affiliate program, and what we do with it.

This policy is issued by Ankhor Solutions, a sole proprietorship owned by Nathaniel A. Schafer, doing business as BizMasterPro ("BizMasterPro", "we", "us"). It covers our websites (bizmasterpro.com, bizmasterpro.net, bizmasterpro.info), our marketing, Triple A sessions, and the affiliate program. Information that shops store about their own customers inside the BizMasterPro workspace is handled under the workspace's product terms, with the shop acting as the controller of that data.

1. Who we are

BizMasterPro 2301 Ainsworth Ave, Spring Hill, FL 34609 Email: [email protected] Website: bizmasterpro.com

2. Information we collect

Information you give us - Contact forms and emails. Your name, business name, business email, phone number (if you give it), trade, and whatever you write in your message. - Triple A sessions. When session checkout opens, the details needed to book and deliver a session (name, business, contact details, session notes). Card or bank details are collected and stored by our payment processor (to be named at checkout launch), not by us; we receive only limited details such as the last four digits, payment status, and billing ZIP. - Affiliate program. Your name, business name, contact details, website or channels you'll promote on, and the tax and payout details we need to pay you (for example a W-9 and bank or payout-account details). Payouts are sent by ACH bank transfer or PayPal. - Email preferences. Whether you signed up for, opened, or unsubscribed from our emails.

Information we collect automatically - Cookies and similar tools. Small files or code that help the site work, remember settings, and keep it secure. - Analytics. Our Triple A and policy websites do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server and security logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver and protect the site. - Email activity. Our email provider, Brevo, may record whether an email was delivered, opened, or clicked. - Affiliate referral tracking. If you arrive through an affiliate link, we record the referral using a referral link with cookie or unique code so we can credit the right affiliate. Referral cookies last 30 days.

Information from other sources - Business contact details that a business publishes on its own public website (for example a general info@ or service@ address and main business phone), used for business-to-business outreach. We don't buy email lists, and we don't use personal email addresses for cold outreach.

3. How we use information

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and give you a way to opt out.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed: - Service providers who work for us: Brevo (email delivery), Cloudflare (website hosting and security), and a payment processor that will be named at checkout launch. They may use your information only to provide their service to us. - Affiliates. If you were referred by an affiliate, we may tell that affiliate whether a referred A+ session sale closed, and the amount used to calculate their commission. We don't give affiliates your full contact or payment details unless you agree. - Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public. - Business transfers. If BizMasterPro is sold, merged, or reorganized, information may move to the new owner under this policy.

5. How long we keep information

We delete or de-identify information when we no longer need it.

6. Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe from marketing email (CAN-SPAM). Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link and our postal address. You can also reply "unsubscribe" or email [email protected]. We'll stop within 10 business days, and we won't charge you or ask for anything beyond your email address. You may still get non-marketing messages about something you bought or signed up for (for example a session receipt or affiliate payout notice).

Calls and text messages (TCPA). We will not send marketing text messages or make marketing calls using an autodialer or prerecorded/artificial voice to you unless you have first given us clear, written consent to that kind of contact for that phone number. Consent is never a condition of buying anything. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, saying so on a call, or emailing [email protected]. We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and our own internal do-not-call list, and we only call or text between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in your local time. We do not currently run an SMS marketing program. If we start one, we will add its name, message frequency, "Msg & data rates may apply," and HELP/STOP instructions here before any message is sent.

Cookies. Our sites use only cookies that are strictly necessary, plus the affiliate referral cookie described above. We don't use advertising cookies, so we don't show a cookie banner. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Because we don't track you across sites or sell personal information, there is nothing to switch off. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out of any future sale or sharing.

Access, correction, deletion. You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, fix it, or delete it. Email [email protected]. We'll verify your request and respond within 45 days (we may extend once by 45 days if needed and will tell you why). Depending on the state you live in, you may have more rights under your state's privacy law; we'll honor those where they apply. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

7. Children's privacy

Our website and services are for businesses and adults. They're not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, email [email protected] and we'll delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, such as access controls and trusted service providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee security. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you as the law requires (including Florida Statutes § 501.171).

9. Where information is processed

We're based in the United States, and we process information in the US. Some providers (for example Brevo, which is based in the European Union) may store or process data outside the US under their own data-protection safeguards.

Our site may link to other sites (for example a payment page). Their own privacy policies apply, not this one.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for big changes we'll post a notice on the site or email you if we have your address.

12. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law.
