Triple A Affiliate Program Terms

BizMasterPro โ€” A+ Affordable Agentics ("Triple A") Affiliate Program Effective date: October 10, 2026 Last updated: October 10, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you ("you", "Affiliate") and Ankhor Solutions, a sole proprietorship owned by Nathaniel A. Schafer, doing business as BizMasterPro ("we", "us"), about referring customers to Triple A sessions. Our Terms of Service (bizmasterpro.info/terms) and Privacy Policy (bizmasterpro.info/privacy) also apply. If anything here conflicts with them, these Affiliate terms win for the affiliate program.

Program status: Triple A session checkout is not live yet. Until it is, no A+ session sales can close and no commissions can be earned or paid.

1. Eligibility

To join, you must: - Be at least 18 and able to sign a contract, and be a US resident or US business (the program is US-only) - Apply and be approved by us in writing (email is fine). We can approve or decline any application. - Give us accurate contact, tax (for example a W-9), and payout information - Not be a current BizMasterPro employee or contractor, or a member of their household

We may decline or remove anyone whose site, content, or methods we think could hurt our brand or break the law.

2. How you earn: 50% of closed A+ session sales only

3. No earnings guarantee

We don't promise or guarantee any earnings. What you earn (if anything) depends only on referred A+ session sales that actually close. You may earn nothing. Don't tell anyone they can expect to earn money by joining this program.

4. Payouts

5. Refunds, chargebacks, and clawback

6. You must disclose that you're paid (FTC)

The FTC requires you to tell people about your paid relationship with us whenever you recommend Triple A or BizMasterPro. You must: - Put a clear and conspicuous disclosure near your recommendation, where people will see it before they click or buy. For example: "I earn a commission if you buy a Triple A session through my link." - Use plain words. A hidden link, a "#ad" lost in a pile of hashtags, or a disclosure only on an "About" page isn't enough. - Disclose in the same format as the content (say it out loud in videos, podcasts, and live streams; show it on screen too). - Only say things that are true and reflect your honest opinion, and only claim to have used the Services if you really have.

7. Email, calls, and texts (CAN-SPAM and TCPA)

Because we pay you for referrals, we can be legally responsible for how you promote us. So: - Email (CAN-SPAM): Every commercial email you send about Triple A must have accurate From and subject lines, say it's an advertisement where the law requires, include your valid physical postal address, and include a working unsubscribe option that you honor within 10 business days. Don't email anyone who has unsubscribed from you or from us. We may give you our suppression list, and you must use it. - Calls and texts (TCPA and Do Not Call): Don't call or text anyone to promote Triple A using an autodialer, prerecorded or artificial voice (including AI voice), or text messages unless you have that person's prior express written consent for that kind of contact. Follow the National Do Not Call Registry, honor STOP and opt-out requests right away, and only contact people between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in their local time. - Follow any other law that applies to your promotion, including state telemarketing and privacy laws. - Keep records showing consent and opt-outs, and give them to us if we ask.

8. Banned practices

You may not: 1. Spam: send unsolicited bulk email, texts, social DMs, comments, or forum posts. 2. Make false or misleading claims: including about prices, results, earnings, features, that checkout is live when it isn't, that core software is $0 without noting that payments and Pro add-ons are usage-priced, or that you are BizMasterPro or speak for us. 3. Invent proof: fake reviews, testimonials, case studies, customer names, or results. 4. Bid on our trademarks: bid on "BizMasterPro", "Triple A", "A+ Affordable Agentics", or close misspellings or variations as paid search or social ad keywords, or use them in ad copy, display URLs, domain names, or social handles. The only exception is with our prior written permission. 5. Use personal contact lists without consent: upload, import, or message your personal phone contacts, personal email address book, or other people's personal contacts unless each person has agreed to receive that kind of message from you. 6. Use bought, rented, scraped, or harvested lists, or guessed email addresses. 7. Self-refer or game tracking: buy through your own link, use cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, forced clicks, or misleading redirects. 8. Offer unapproved incentives: cash back, rebates, or coupons we haven't approved in writing. 9. Promote on illegal, hateful, adult, or deceptive sites or content. 10. Use our name or logo except as we provide and approve, or change our materials in a misleading way.

9. Our brand materials

While you're in good standing, we give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the links, names, and materials we give you, only to promote Triple A under these terms. You must stop using them when these terms end.

10. You're independent

You're an independent contractor, not our employee, partner, agent, or franchisee. You can't make promises or sign anything for us.

11. Termination

12. Changes to the program

We may change these terms, the commission, or the program, or end the program, by posting new terms or emailing you. Changes don't reduce commissions already earned on sales that closed before the change. If you keep promoting after a change takes effect, you accept it.

13. No guarantees; limit of liability

The program and our tracking are provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits. Our total liability to you is limited to the commissions paid to you under these terms in the 3 months before the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs, including attorney's fees, if someone makes a claim against us because of your promotions, your emails, calls, or texts, your content, or your breach of these terms or the law.

15. Confidentiality and data

Keep any non-public information we share (for example commission reports or customer details) confidential. Use customer information only to run this program, and follow our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law. Disputes are resolved by informal negotiation first, then by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Hernando County, Florida (either party may use small-claims court instead), with no class or representative actions. Any claim not subject to arbitration must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hernando County, Florida.
